Code of Ethics
NAR has made changes to the COE requirement. All Realtor members are now required to complete a minimum of 2.5 hours of approved Code of Ethics training every three years. Free, online Code of Ethics training is available through the National Association of Realtors, or you can take other qualifying courses online or in local classes. The course on the NAR website also has the option of providing Continuing Education credits for a fee.
The current cycle is January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2021.
If you take a qualifying ethics course as part of your license renewal, you DO NOT have to take an additional ethics class in order to comply with the COE requirement.
Please send a copy of your transcript/certificate to the Association office!
New Members are required to take a special Code of Ethics Course.
