Examine ethical issues related to Pennsylvania Real Estate practice. Review disclosure law, agency practice and performance expectations and the proper use of forms. A discussion of the most violated laws and a review of disciplinary procedures are included.
This course is approved to fulfill NAR® quadrennial ethics requirements.

This seminar assists real estate agents in identifying the parties and interests involved in closing a deal. An analysis of the steps involved, timelines, necessary details and the application of basic rules for the settlement statement is included.

This session is aimed at solving some of the most frustrating and complicated situations in Real Estate using step-by-step systems. Real life case studies will be discussed.

This course will cover basic contractual issues of the Listing Agreement and the Buyer Agency Contract, plus some forms perhaps you never knew we had in the PAR Form library! Understanding these contracts will help you protect your clients.
