DUES UPDATE!
2009 REALTOR dues invoices will be mailed on OCTOBER 1, 2008.
OCTOBER 1- NOVEMBER 30, 2008 - DISCOUNT PERIOD - DUES WILL BE $306.00.
(Save $25.00 if paid in DISCOUNT PERIOD)
DECEMBER 1 - DECEMBER 31, 2008 -DUES WILL BE $331.00.
Neither amount includes an RPAC donation.
NAR DUES did not increase but they increased the amount of the Image Campaign Assessment from $30 to $35
PAR Dues increased $10.00
GMCAR Dues did not change
Don't forget.....if you haven't taken an APPROVED ethics course after January 1, 2005,
you need to do so BEFORE December 31, 2008.
