COURSE: Ethics and the REALTOR - This course covers agents and ethics and concentrates on timely topics, which are often misunderstood, specifically, the ethics of offers, counter-offers, and multiple offers; and internet advertising and promotion. Advertising of all sorts is addressed, including what is both ethical and lawful in Pennsylvania with respect to advertising market share, market position and dollar volume, as well as the SREC position on internet advertising. All of these items affect an agent's relationship with other agents, so Article 16 of the RealtorCode of Ethics will also be addressed.
